The UPLIFT Framework℠ is a leadership-centered approach to inclusion, DEI, and culture change for organizations that are ready to move beyond one-off initiatives and into deeper, steadier transformation. Built for purpose-driven organizations, UPLIFT helps leaders close the gap between stated values and what employees experience. The framework moves through six stages outlined on this page. It is designed around a simple belief: meaningful inclusion does not happen because an organization cares about it in theory. While some organizations will begin with UPLIFT Organization Assessment℠ to clarify readiness and direction, most of the real work happens once I step in as an embedded fractional DEI leader, helping your organization’s leadership translate values into hiring, promotion, manager behavior, employee experience, accountability, and trust.
