Fractional Inclusion Leadership Through the UPLIFT Framework

The UPLIFT Framework℠ is a leadership-centered approach to inclusion, DEI, and culture change for organizations that are ready to move beyond one-off initiatives and into deeper, steadier transformation. Built for purpose-driven organizations, UPLIFT helps leaders close the gap between stated values and what employees experience. The framework moves through six stages outlined on this page. It is designed around a simple belief: meaningful inclusion does not happen because an organization cares about it in theory. It happens when leadership stays close enough to the work for it to shape decisions, systems, relationships, and culture over time.

That is why UPLIFT Embedded Leadership℠ is at the heart of my practice. While some organizations will begin with UPLIFT Organization Assessment℠ to clarify readiness and direction, most of the real work happens once I step in as an embedded fractional DEI leader, helping your organization’s leadership translate values into hiring, promotion, manager behavior, employee experience, accountability, and trust. For organizations facing greater complexity, UPLIFT Strategic Partnership℠ extends that work into broader strategic terrain, including multi-entity alignment, stakeholder reporting, or board-level partnership.

UPLIFT Organizational Assessment℠ is a deep dive into your organization:

  • You will uncover how employees are really experiencing your workplaces

  • You’ll receive an evaluation on how inclusive your internal systems, like hiring, retention, & HR policies are 

  • You’ll get a leadership alignment and readiness assessment, and have them prepared for meaningful DEI work

  • Output report will identify friction points, trust gaps, and structural blockers to inclusion and equity

  • You’ll be able to tie organizational values to the work of inclusion, and to the operations of your company

  • You will receive a roadmap of priority focus-areas to ensure the most impact going forward
